Returns and Refunds
Before you are sure your HulalaHome creation is right for you, make sure the packaging and crating are properly stored. Otherwise, returns and exchanges are not possible without the original packaging, including the box.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is reasonable access to allow delivery of the goods. If the product cannot be delivered due to the channel, in addition to the actual delivery and self-collection fees of the product, the above fees will be charged separately.
Please choose carefully, if you change your mind or make the wrong choice, we will not issue refunds or exchanges. If you insist on canceling the order or returning the goods, you need to pay the relevant handling fee according to the following circumstances:
1.About returns and refunds
- If you cancel the order within 24 hours before shipping, we will not charge any fees, and you will receive a full refund.
- After shipping, if you request to cancel the order, you will need to pay a 5% handling fee based on the total order amount.
- For non-quality-related returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the returned product cannot be resold, we will charge you a 10% RE-STOCK fee based on the order amount
2. For products in stock ready to ship,
We will do our best to cancel the shipment for you. However, if the item is on its way to you, it cannot be canceled, but you can refuse delivery (please do not open the package when it is delivered) or keep it if you change your mind. If you reject, you will forfeit shipping and handling charges to cover Hulalahome's administration and shipping costs in the following cases:
a) Express, CAD 100 per packageÂ
b) CAD600 per item for truck delivery.
3. In the case of delivery items,
You can only return an item if it is in its original packaging (including its crate, if available) and in good condition. You can initiate shipping to send it back or contact us to arrange it for you, a service fee will apply. However, individual drop-offs are not feasible. After the item is received at our warehouse and checked to be in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the value of the product less shipping and processing to cover Hulalahome's administrative costs and expenses in the following cases:
Refund Amount = Total Payment Value - Shipping Fee - Manual Processing Cost
Items must be:
In pristine, undamaged condition
Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
In its original packaging, including crate (if applicable)
However, there are rare cases where returns cannot be made:
penalty for damages
If your item is damaged or defective, don't worry, the above doesn't apply. In such cases, we take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
