Hulala Home has shipping warehouses in Canada. In addition, Hulala Home is committed to providing a better shopping experience for all customers and to providing fast, safe, and quality delivery on all items.

FREE SHIPPING
  • Within Canada, Hulala Home will provide free shipping for all orders over 85 CAD. Other countries are not open yet; please stay tuned! .
    • PLEASE NOTE: All orders are tax exclusive.

      SHIPPING TIME

      All orders will be shipped within 2 business days (delays may occur during holidays). If an order of more than 10 items is placed within the specified time frame, we will try our best to ship it out on the same business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any special requests, please contact us at hello@hulalahome.com.

        All other orders will be shipped out on the next business day.

        DELIVERY METHOD

        The free shipping we offer is for FedEx.Under normal circumstances, please allow for up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and 2-5 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location.

        • If you place an order for more than 10 items, we will consider delivery by truck.
        • If you have any expedited requests for your orders, please contact us at hello@hulalahome.com, and we will surely try our best to make the items delivered on time.
        TRACKING

        When we shipped out the item, the tracking number will be posted below the order information.

        You can track your order in two ways:

        • Please click on the "My Orders" tab for all your orders and tracking information so you can see estimated delivery times.
        • Please click on the "Order Tracking" tab on Customer Service, you can track your order and see the shipping details.

        1. Does Hulala Home accept returns?
        Yes, please refer to the article "Return and Refunds".

        2. If I want to change the delivery address, what should I do?
        Please provide the new address to us via the chat box or email at
        hello@hulalahome.com, we will change the delivery address to the new address if the order is not shipped or is in transit.

        3. Why the tracking of my order is not showing an update?
        Due to high demand, there will be experiencing delays on FedEx. Most of the orders are delivered on time. Please check your order status and know the updated information frequently.

        4. If I want to delay the delivery time, what should I do?
        Please provide the delivery time you want to schedule to us via the chat box or email at hello@hulalahome.com, We will ship at the time you want it to be delivered.

        5. What if my items arrive damaged?
        All furniture from Hulala Home is shipped in unopened boxes directly from our warehouse so customers receive the furniture in perfect condition. If the product you received was damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@hulalahome.com, and we will surely be able to resolve your concerns.

        6. What if the tracking shows my order was delivered but I don’t receive it?
        Please look for it in the doorway or the corner. If still not found, please contact us at hello@hulalahome.com.
